Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $500 is required within 3 days of booking your Together in Tuscany trip. The remaining trip balance is due October 3, 2025. All payments are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by Together in Tuscany due to not meeting the minimum requirement of 8 guests.
Travel Insurance
We HIGHLY recommend that you obtain travel insurance. If you must cancel your participation in a Together in Tuscany trip for any reason whatsoever, including health conditions, death of a family member, travel difficulties, personal reasons, or any other reason whatsoever, the travel insurance can cover some or all of these expenses.
Service Agreement
All guests are required to review and accept the terms and conditions outlined in the Service Agreement which will be provided upon booking your room. The Service Agreement addresses risks and liabilities for the Provider (Together in Tuscany) and the Purchaser (Guest).

Guided tour of Montepulciano. Nobile di Montepulciano wine tasting with lunch in a historical cellar.
Maiolica tile painting workshop in an artist’s home followed by a tour of the hamlet and lunch prepared by the artist and her husband.
Brunello wine tasting with lunch and a view. Explore the town of Montalcino.
Olive oil tasting at a family-owned farm including a homemade lunch with olive oil pairings. Hands-on cooking class at the villa.
Guided tour of Pienza. Cheese tasting at a family-run organic farm specializing in goat and sheep cheeses.
Explore the village’s outdoor weekly market and the local artists in town.
