Come learn how to make fresh tagliatelle from a true Italian chef... and proud Nonna!

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Daniela has spent more than a decade sharing the traditions of Italian home cooking through her private chef company, Cucinamore.

During this workshop, you'll discover both traditional and modern techniques for making fresh egg pasta, from mixing and rolling the dough to cutting beautiful tagliatelle, along with practical tips you can easily recreate at home.

Throughout the class, participants will have the opportunity to join in at different stages of the process, if they wish, while Chef Daniela shares stories, traditions, and insights into the role homemade pasta has played in Italian family life for generations.

As you master the art of handmade pasta, you'll also learn about the authentic Italian products available at Olio2go and discover how you can continue your culinary journey in Tuscany on one of Together in Tuscany's boutique villa retreats.

The experience concludes with a tasting of the freshly prepared pasta, offering a chance to relax together, make new friends, and enjoy the flavors of authentic homemade Italian cooking.
